HOW SINNERS DEVELOP

2019 – FRIDAY 13 DECEMBER

HOW SINNERS DEVELOP
A sinners life does not happen by accident.

PARENTAGE
We are all born into sin and inherit the flaws of our parents.
Ungodly behaviour is first learned from flawed parents.

POVERTY
Poverty is both the product of sin and the breeding ground of sinners.
Poverty produces behaviours that are ungodly and often leads to a life of violence, lust and law breaking.

PROMISES
The promises of a better life through sinful behaviour have led many onto paths of self destruction.
The devil loves making empty promises.

PEERS
The influence of peers is profound. When the relationship with parents diminishes – peers become the greatest influence.
Friendships shape our developing lives – for good and for evil.

PATHS
The paths of life are chosen during our early years – and decisions seen later – are often formed early in life.

PERMISSIONS
What you give permission to – grows.
A family or society that permits wrong and calls it right – is heading for destruction.

PARTITIONS
When we consistently sin – we partition our life – and relegate our aberrations to a compartment.
That is why sinners can allow ungodly habits to remain.
“That behaviour is not the real me” – they say.

PROTESTS
Finally sinners who continue in their sin – now protest against everything that reveals they are in sin.
The Bible must be declared useless.
Christians must be declared bigots.
The church must be treated as unloving and irrelevant.

THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH.
BUT THERE IS A SAVIOUR WHO BRINGS LIFE – JESUS CHRIST

Hi .. I was at the Breakfast at the Palace this morning and thought your sermon was wonderful and inspiring, along with Marion’s talk. Just wanted to say thanks to you both and may your life continue to be blessed. Our family needs prayers this week if you wouldn’t mind putting in a good word for us. Also, a family friend Tony Bayliss of Gunnedah may be lonely this Christmas and hasn’t been well. Thank you. Kind regards Patricia 🙂 btw I don’t have a website but as a songwriter and on committee, I belong to the Tamworth Songwriters and included their url
