THE CURSE OF COMPROMISE

THE CURSE OF COMPROMISE

Deuteronomy 22:9-11
“You shall not sow your vineyard with different kinds of seed, lest the yield of the seed which you have sown and the fruit of your vineyard be defiled.
“You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.
“You shall not wear a garment of different sorts, such as wool and linen mixed together.

THREE INCREDIBLE LIFE PRINCIPLES
The Bible is an amazing book of wisdom from above.
God knows best – and His wisdom is always for our best.

YOU SHALL NOT MIX YOUR SEEDS WHEN SOWING
Sowing mixed seeds results in two failures.
Yield of your seed is retarded.
Fruit of the seed is defiled.
KEY – be specific in what you sow – so you can expect high yield and high quality harvests.
What you sow – so shall you reap.

YOU SHALL NOT MIX YOUR PLOWING ANIMALS
Some animals and some people – do not work well together.
KEY – know where people fit in your life. Putting some people on the same team – or in the same friendship circle is to court disaster.
When the mix is wrong – the work is retarded.

YOU SHALL NOT MIX YOUR CLOTHING MATERIALS
Our garments reveal who we really are in life.
To mix materials in a garment creates an inferior and weakened covering.
KEY – do not compromise your convictions and values.
Know what you stand for – and wear it well.
Mixed values always tear at the weakest part of your covering.

THE CURSE OF COMPROMISE
REDUCES EVERYTHING TO ITS WEAKEST STATE.
