REPEAT BUSINESS

Recently I engaged a car clean business to give my car a real clean up.
After the first time they sent me a receipt and asked the question when would I like to repeat the service.
I engaged them a second time but have never heard from them since.

The three steps needed to build your church or business.

REACH OUT
What do you have that attracts people to your world.
What words do you use that get people’s attention?
What add-on services do you freely give to be the best.
ATTRACTION is the first key to growing anything.

RETURN BUSINESS
Your greatest growth comes from those who visit twice.
Learning to get them back after the second time – is the art of growing your business or church.
Identifying the second time visitors is more important than the first time folks.
They will come back for three reasons.
1: GREAT SERVICE
2. NEEDS MET
3. SATISFACTION

REGULAR CLIENTS
Now the challenge is to turn those who have nibbled more than once, into regular clients or members of the organisation.
People buy in and become regulars for the following reasons.

LOVE
People in every walk of life respond when they feel loved.
Know their names and their likes – and love them into your world.

ACCEPTANCE
Everybody feels a little awkward joining a new organisation or service.
Help people become familiar with your world.
Don’t just point them to the coffee area – go get them a coffee and connect them to others.

FORGIVENESS
Stuff always goes wrong when people are involved.
Learn to practise forgiveness when new people ask dumb questions or act differently to your culture.
Help people to practise forgiveness when your product or service fails to live up to their expectations.
